3. Booking and Payment

When you book a service through our website or by phone, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment, including the scheduled date, time, property address, and applicable service fee.

Full payment is required before the inspection takes place. If payment is not completed on time, we reserve the right to delay or cancel the appointment. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout, and all prices quoted include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that things do not always go to plan. If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice.

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or a free rescheduled appointment, whichever you prefer
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee
• Rescheduling is always subject to engineer availability at the time of request

5. Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring that our engineer has safe and unobstructed access to the property at the agreed appointment time. If access cannot be gained through no fault of ours — for example, because a tenant was unavailable or keys were not provided — this will be treated as a late cancellation and a fee may apply.

6. Accuracy of Reports and Certificates

All inspections, reports, and certificates are produced by qualified and registered engineers to the best of their professional ability. Our reports accurately reflect the condition of the property as observed during the inspection. They do not constitute a guarantee that the property is entirely free from defects or hazards that were not reasonably visible or detectable at the time of the visit.

We accept no responsibility for issues that arise after an inspection that could not reasonably have been identified on the day.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Safety Certs (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law. Our total liability in connection with any individual booking or service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.
